When will my order ship?

Our standard turnaround time for shipping is 5-7 business days. 

When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. 

Why is my order taking so long?

We are a family-owned and operated business, and our products are made to order with care in our USA facility  in SC. We are a USA Company and USA Brand Designed and Assembled in the USA. Each piece is hand done by our experienced WTF Team in our production facility just for you. 

How do I exchange my ordered size for another size?

Mail back your item by USPS with a note that states what size you would like us to send back to you and your address.

My item came in. I love it, but it has a blemish or defect. What do I do?

Emailorders@WhatTheFin.com give us your order number and confirmation, and we will send you a call tag and 

resend you a new item. 

My package tracking says it shipped and delivered, but it never arrived?

We ship USPS. First, please check your mailbox and all your entry doors and garage doors. The package is most often found on the premises when you have a valid delivery notice. 

If your package is not located, check the tracking number you received by email again. In some cases, the tracking has jumped back a day and will be redelivered the next day by USPS. They may have had a reason for not leaving your package and changed the delivery date. 

Still no package? Let your postal carrier know and let us know by emailingorders@WhatTheFin.com with your order number and confirmation. We will do another trace on our side and get your package back en route.  

I forgot to enter my Discount Code. 

We are sorry, but the code must be used at the time of purchase. The Good News is you can use it on your next purchase. 

I need a refund. My order didn’t work out for me.

If you would still like to get a refund we understand and hope you will shop again with us. Please ship your unused item back to us with a note that has your order number and confirmation and state that you would like a full refund. Refunds take 3-5 business days to return to your bank account and are credited to the same card you used for purchase.
