Returns / Exchanges:

You may return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase; your satisfaction is our top priority.

To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded, only exchanged for an equal or lesser valued item. All custom orders are non-refundable. 

Please Note: Finkinis and Fun Shorts are NOT Eligible for Returns or Exchanges.

You will be responsible for shipping costs to return your item/items whether it is for a refund or an exchange.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your item/items are received and inspected a refund or exchange will be issued. Please note a refund can take up to 5-7 business days to appear on your account.

Defective Items:

Please contact customer service (orders@whatthefin.com) with description and photos of defective item/items. Appropriate arrangements will be made.
